Refugees Amendment Act No 12 of 2011

REFUGEES AMENDMENT ACT 12 OF 2011: Date of commencement: Immediately after the commencement of the Refugees Amendment Act 33 of 2008. Amends ss. 1, 4, 8, 8C, 8E, 21B, 24, 24A, 24B, 27, 36 & 38, and substitutes the words 'Refugee Status Determination Officer', wherever they occur, with the words 'Status Determination Committee' in the Refugees Act 130 of 1998
